Conference registration fees cover attendance at all conference sessions, course materials, continental breakfasts, luncheon and reception. There is no charge to attend the Breakfast Roundtable, but pre-registration is requested. Please note that attendance at the Breakfast Roundtable is limited to utility and industrial coal consumers only.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements.
Be sure to request the group rate for the American Coal Council when booking hotel rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. A $135 fee will be applied to all cancellations made by June 20th, 2008. Cancellations after June 20th, 2008 will be assessed a fee of $235 fee. Substitutions are welcomed at any time.
